These terms govern access to the website at devopsanalyticscloud.digital and inquiries submitted through it. Engagements for financial auditing services are governed by a separate engagement letter once accepted by both parties.

Working papers and reports produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site by attempting to disrupt its operation, submit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us about an engagement.

Liability

The website is provided for general information. We do not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a signed engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes an audit opinion, assurance conclusion, or formal professional advice for your specific facts.

To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, Devopsanalyticscloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Liability arising from a signed engagement is limited as set out in that engagement letter.
