  • Tax return preparation or tax controversy representation
  • Forensic investigation of suspected fraud (referred separately when needed)

How delivery unfolds

  1. Scoping call

    We confirm entity structure, reporting framework, prior-year issues, and filing deadlines.

  2. Engagement letter

    Fees, independence confirmations, and deliverable dates are agreed in writing before fieldwork begins.

  3. Fieldwork

    Working papers, sampling, and inquiry with management take place on-site in Taipei or at agreed locations.

  4. Reporting

    Draft findings are walked through with management; the final opinion and management letter follow.

How to prepare

Provide trial balance, general ledger extracts, bank confirmations list, inventory counts schedule, and prior-year audited statements at least one week before fieldwork.
